All Site content including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Tare · Assay · ProofMark system names and methodology is the property of Asset Linchpin LLC and BazzGroup LLC. The names Tare, Assay, ProofMark, and Asset Linchpin are proprietary. Nothing grants any license to use intellectual property without written consent.
3. No Professional Relationship
Use of this Site does not create an appraiser-client or professional relationship. A professional relationship is established only through a written engagement agreement. Nothing on this Site constitutes a certified appraisal, legal opinion, financial advice, or investment advice.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSET LINCHPIN LLC AND BAZZGROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00.
5. Disclaimers

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indiana law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Monroe County, Indiana under AAA rules, except either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
